Erasmus+ international mobility for students
If you're enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral program at a European or non-European university with an Erasmus+ agreement with the University of Basilicata, you can do a study or internship period here. This can be either long-term (2 to 12 months) or short-term (5 to 30 days). You can also join mobility programs funded by the International Credit Mobility (ICM) or do blended mobility (a mix of physical and virtual mobility) through the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). You may receive an EU scholarship or other funding from your university to help cover your stay. Contact the relevant office at your university for more details.
Visiting Student/free mover
The University of Basilicata encourages the involvement of international students by granting them the status of Visiting Students or Free Movers. This status is available to students enrolled in a degree program at a foreign university who wish to spend a period of study or research at the University of Basilicata, outside of any exchange programs organized by the university (such as Erasmus).

Double/multiple Degree programme
The double degree program, through agreements with partner universities, allows students enrolled in specific Bachelor's, Master's, and Single-cycle degree programs of a UniBas partner University to complete part of their studies in one of the double degree programmes run by this University and earn two degrees: one from the University of Basilicata and one from the partner institution.

Cooperation Agreements
Cultural and scientific cooperation agreements are agreements between the University of Basilicata and foreign universities, aimed at the reciprocal exchange of students, researchers, and professors.
Students enrolled at foreign universities that have cultural cooperation agreements with the University of Basilicata, including student exchanges, can register for individual courses offered by the degree programs.
Mobile students, enrolled at their home university, are exempt from paying registration fees at the host university based on reciprocity.
